Their Melodic Beats, Amazing Colabs, and Abilitiy to Melt Mics is no secret. But what might not be know to many, is that Murs and Quik have been down with Diamond Crew since the Jump. When Diamond Crew was just a couple kids trying to live there dreams out of a Cardboard Box in the back of their trunks, cats like Murs & Dj Quik were down with us and Rocking our Stuff. For Weeks now DC SG aka Head of Marketing & Frivolous Partying hear at Diamond Crew has been talking about it. Even trying to persuade Diamond Crew Creative Director Jay Ward to Release a Limited Edition Tee. If you have no idea what I’m talking about, and you rightfully shouldn’t unless your Psychic or have Great Insight into Blog Titles, what I’m talking about is Jordan vs. The King. That’s Right ! But I’m not talking about Michael, I’m talking about Crawford, Jordan Crawford that is. If you haven’t heard the highly publicized stories by ESPN, Yahoo News, TMZ or any of those other media outlets, let me inform you. Apparently on July 6th in Akron Ohio, at one of Lebron James’ Summer Camps, Sophomore Guard from the University Xavier, Jordan Crawford, Dunked/Posterized The King. We all know that even the great ones end up being on the receiving end of vicious Dunks from time to time. Just this past summer New Jersey Nets Star Devin Harris got “Balled Up” by a Kid at an English Private School which received a lot of attention thanks to You Tube and Yahoo News. And all even Devin could do was to laugh it off, cause even he knows that on a given day David can Beat Goliath. But that wasn’t the case with LBJ. Apparently “The King” called over a Nike Rep and asked him to Confiscate ALL footage of the Dunk. But fortunately for you we have the Video here thanks to a few good friends of ours at TMZ. In my honest opinion Bron Bron did more hurt then good by asking for the video to be confiscated. Now instead of a couple Kids at Xavier talking about it during the Summer Session on Campus, It’s Making Headline News & I’m writing an article about it for Diamond Crew.
