Moons Over My Meghan
Diamond Crew posted something on Twitter yesterday that inspired me to edit this article. The tweet read, “As the Brand Grows, We Grow… Diamond Crew” & it was followed up by a hash tag that said #3YearsStrong. As I sat there staring at my BlackBerry I found myself taking a trip into the past. I couldn’t believe that it had already been 3 years since Jay started the brand. I still remember the first photo shoot we did together. It was in a friend’s garage. We didn’t have a lot of room or elaborate lighting or a diffuser or even a white balance. We just covered a cabinet with a white sheet for the backdrop, strategically placed a few portable flashes & shot it in the dark…. I don’t even know how we pulled it off, but we made it work. It’s nuts to think we have a entire studio dedicated just to do photo/video shoots now…
But I digress. This post isn’t about my trip down memory lane, it’s about our new Summer 2011 Line, the beautiful Ms. Meghan Moon, and her behind the scenes photo editorial for our OFFICIAL, first item of Summer 2011.
We’ll have a lot more on everything that went into the making of this tee, Jay vision for the photo shoot, and where you can get it at this Friday, June 17th.
